Dr. Reshma Ramracheya, Director of Pharmaceutical Operations and Miss Naailah Roheemun, Preclinical Laboratory Research Technician at CIDP will respectively be presenting “New mechanisms of incretins in diabetes and bariatric surgery” and “Pollution, Skin and Hair” at the Second Edition of the annual National Research Week (NRW) for the Higher Education Sector from 02 to 05 April 2019 at the Intercontinental Mauritius Resort Balaclava Fort. During this 4-day event, organised by the Tertiary Education Commission of Mauritius, Reshma, will provide valuable insight into the role of pancreatic hormones in diabetes while Naailah, will discuss on the effect of air pollution on the skin and hair and introduce our unique Controlled Pollution Exposure System (CPES) which allows the quantified administration of pollutants on the skin and analysis of their direct impact.
