CIDP conducts clinical trials on volunteers having skin conditions such as Melasma and Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIHP). Melasma is characterised by the appearance of brown spots on the face, mainly on the forehead, cheeks, nose and chin and mainly affects women, especially those aged between 20 and 50. PIHP on the other hand, is caused by underlying inflammatory pathology such as Acne or certain types of eczemas involving face, use of photosensitising topical/systemic medication, cosmetic products etc.

CIDP proposes various tests with trained investigators and advanced technologies, to evaluate the effect of cosmetics products on Melasma and PIHP.

Claims evaluated:
Reduces Hyperpigmentation
Even skin tone
Improve skin glossiness, luminosity
Reduces age spots
